The Pujo Permission Portal is an online platform designed to streamline the process of securing all necessary approvals from various government departments in Paschim Medinipur for organizing Durga Pujo and other festivals.

If you’re part of a registered Pujo committee or club that successfully hosted Durga Pujo last year, you can easily apply for this year’s permission through the portal.

Applying for Pujo permission is simple:

1.Register your committee on the portal.

2.Log in using your credentials.

3.Complete the application form with all required information.

4.Upload the necessary documents.

5.Hit the submit button, and you’re done!

Make sure to have the following documents handy before applying:

1.Last year's Pujo Permission

2.NOC from the landowner

3.Recent electricity bill

4.Declaration from an electrician

5.Decorator’s declaration

6.Site plan of the event

7.Signature of the Secretary/President of your committee

Unfortunately, once submitted, the application is locked in. We recommend reviewing everything carefully before hitting the final submit button.

You’ll be notified through the portal, and you’ll also receive an alert via email or SMS when your application is approved—or if additional information is needed.

Processing times may vary, but you can typically expect a decision within 10-20 business days. You can track your application status anytime on the portal.

If your application is Objected, don’t worry. You’ll receive a detailed objection note explaining the reasons, allowing you to correct the issues and resubmit.
